Columbus Public Health to Offer H1N1 Vaccine by Appointment
WHAT: H1N1 Vaccination Clinic – by appointment only, for anyone who wants to be vaccinated.

DETAILS: Clinics are open to ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE VACCINATED.
Vaccine will be provided free of charge. Parents or guardians must accompany children in order for them to be vaccinated. Anyone who is sick with flu-like symptoms will not be vaccinated.
MORE INFO: 311 operators are available Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. In addition to public health clinics, vaccine will also be available at some pharmacy retailers and private providers’ offices. Healthcare providers and retail pharmacies may charge an administration fee.
